Our advanced machinery at TripleCut A/S allows us to manufacture small and medium-sized parts with high precision and efficiency. Our machinery is optimised for the production of small and medium-sized series, but we also have the capacity to handle larger productions of turned parts.
Our two vertical Okuma turning centres with robotic handling and an Okuma MH4000H milling centre enable high volume production with high precision. We also have six flexible robot cells that ensure efficient operation and short lead times.
For prototyping and rapid one-piece production, we have a dedicated manual department where we can produce quickly without starting up a CNC centre. This is ideal when you need fast delivery and flexible customisation.
TripleCut A/S boasts an impressive machine park with 24 multi-axis CNC turning and milling centres, including machines with up to nine axes, such as the Mazak Integrex ST300 IV. Our machines primarily consist of Mazak and Okuma, both renowned for their precision and reliability.
This capacity and flexibility in our machinery allows TripleCut A/S to offer efficient and precise solutions for a wide range of machining needs, from small series to large productions.
TripleCut A/S is more than turning and milling high-quality components in stainless steel. Read more here about which services we offer our customers.
With 24 multi-axis CNC machines, including 6 CNC milling machines and 18 CNC lathes, we are able to offer machining of your parts regardless of quality and complexity.
To accommodate prototype production, we offer manufacturing on manual lathes and milling machines.
In addition to manufacturing parts in our machining centres, we also offer TIG welding and robotic welding.
We offer a wide range of surface treatment processes. Some of these are carried out in-house and others are carried out by our partners.

With our fibre laser, we offer marking in sizes up to 150x150 mm with the option of marking serial numbers, batch numbers, logos and more.
As an alternative to our fibre laser, we offer needle embossing in parts. We can emboss the part with serial numbers, batch numbers, or other identification numbers.
We offer both partial and full assemblies of your parts/products based on our many years of experience.
We offer in-house polishing and high-gloss polishing as well as glass blasting of your parts
A significant part of our production focuses on stainless materials, but we have extensive experience and expertise in machining virtually any material type – with the exception of cast iron. Our areas of competence span a wide range of standard and highly specialised materials, allowing us to handle complex tasks and meet special material specifications.
In particular, we specialise in machining of demanding materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel, Hastelloy, S165M, titanium, copper and other highly alloyed and corrosion-resistant metals as well as several different plastics. These materials require precision, experience and the proper technique to ensure optimal quality in the finished product. As Anders, one of the company’s owners, notes: “For us, AISI 316 is as easy to work with as Free cutting steel.”
Thanks to our extensive expertise and state-of-the-art production equipment, we seldom have to turn down a job due to material requirements. Our flexible approach and deep understanding of material processing make us a reliable partner for companies seeking precision and quality in every component.
We offer a comprehensive warehousing and logistics service for our customers on request, ensuring a smooth and flexible delivery process. We handle all logistics, including stocking the agreed components, which offers our customers a number of benefits. By keeping the goods in stock, we can optimise production according to the agreed minimum and maximum quantities, allowing our customers to benefit from lower prices, faster delivery times and less administrative work.
We also handle all necessary packaging and correct labelling of the products. This way, the goods can be delivered when needed and shipped directly to the customer’s assembly line without delays. Alternatively, we can send the products as spare parts shipments directly to end customers, which provides our customers with greater flexibility and ensures their products are always available when needed. This solution is ideal for companies looking for a reliable and efficient supply chain that supports the just-in-time principle and creates a seamless transition from production to assembly or further distribution.
The customers we work with deliver quality products and set high standards for their suppliers. They expect precision components with tight tolerances, smooth surfaces and flexible delivery times.
