TripleCut A/S supplies virtually all products with material certificates, which is part of our comprehensive quality control. Our electronic documentation system ensures easy and accurate tracking of the material throughout the production process – from steel mill to end customer.
Stamping and re-stamping is carried out by our own specialists as well as certified external partners to fulfil the strict requirements for material documentation.
Furthermore, we have extensive experience in preparing our own measurement reports and can adapt to our customers’ specific documentation systems. This ensures that we fulfil the highest quality requirements and provide our customers with reliable documentation for every single item.

Our quality control system includes, among other things, an effective peer control in production, with colleagues continuously checking each other’s work to ensure flawless deliveries. Additionally, we have an advanced measurement room equipped with a TESA Micro-Hite 3D Recorder, which provides precise measurements and documentation for every product. For customers requiring further confirmation, we offer measurement reports, FAI (First Article Inspection), sampling and other customised documentation.
We run a well-structured and efficient business centred around quality and environmental standards. We are certified to ISO 9001:2015, which documents our strong quality management, and ISO 14001:2015, which confirms our commitment to environmental responsibility. These certifications are a guarantee to our customers that we deliver quality products and sustainable solutions that meet the highest standards in the industry.
TripleCut A/S is a machine factory located in Vejle, Denmark. With 28 CNC machines, we produce 24 hours a day in three shifts. From prototype production to mass production with robots – we cover all needs.
