TripleCut A/S has set the ambitious goal of becoming carbon neutral for all Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030. Scope 1 covers the direct emissions from our own activities, including energy consumption at our facilities and vehicle use. Scope 2 includes the indirect emissions from energy we buy from third parties, such as electricity and heat for our production and offices.
For Scope 3 emissions, which covers all other indirect emissions in our value chain (from suppliers to waste management), we follow the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). This approach ensures that we are committed to sustainability at all levels of our production and that our targets are science-based and in line with the Paris Agreement on climate change.
As part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, we calculate the carbon footprint of all parts manufactured at our factory in Vejle. We communicate this data to customers by including the carbon footprint on every invoice. As a result, our customers have full insight into the environmental footprint associated with their purchases, enabling them to make more sustainable choices in their production.
By 2025, TripleCut A/S will have fully integrated ESG reporting that follows the official VSME standards. The standard ensures a high level of transparency and detail in our reporting, which includes environmental (E), social (S) and governance (G) aspects. Our goal is to provide an accurate insight into our sustainability efforts and continuous improvements.
All our ESG policies, reports, metrics and KPIs are managed through the ECOVADIS platform, which is an internationally recognised solution for assessing corporate sustainability efforts. ECOVADIS ensures thorough and systematic implementation of processes while adhering to the highest standards of accountability and reliability. We continuously update our ESG data in ECOVADIS, giving our partners and customers access to the latest and most accurate data on our sustainability efforts.
When required, we can provide access to our overall ESG score, allowing our partners to review our performance and see how we are working towards improving our environmental impact, social responsibility and corporate governance. This ensures full transparency and supports TripleCut A/S’s commitment to responsible and sustainable growth.
In addition to ESG reporting, we calculate and apply a carbon footprint to every product we produce. This footprint is included in the documentation our customers receive from us.
Waste management is a key part of TripleCut A/S’s sustainability strategy. With 98.7% of all waste from our factory in Vejle sent for recycling – including food waste, materials, shavings, cardboard and residual waste – we reduce the need for new raw materials and minimise the amount of waste going to landfill.
These efforts help preserve natural resources, reduce CO₂ emissions and minimise pollution. Our waste sorting enables materials such as metals, plastics and organic matter to be reused in new cycles, supporting a circular economy.

TripleCut A/S is a machine factory located in Vejle, Denmark. With 28 CNC machines, we produce 24 hours a day in three shifts. From prototype production to mass production with robots – we cover all needs.
